Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Origination & Execution
- Identify, structure, and execute viable infrastructure investments (equity, mezzanine, senior debt) that balance development impact and profitability.
- Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging market trends, sector expertise, and country insights.
- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment to ensure sound investment decisions.
- Negotiate complex deals, ensuring alignment with IFC’s strategic goals while protecting institutional interests.
2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Who We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 10-13+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, project development, corporate banking, or private equity, preferably in emerging markets.
- Proven track record in deal origination, structuring, and execution across debt and equity.
- Deep understanding of Pacific Islands and Asia Pacific infrastructure markets (strongly preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For
Education & Experience

- Strong understanding of FIG subsectors (banking, insurance, fintech, etc.) and regulatory frameworks in China.
