Duties and Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assist in developing Qatar-specific partner mappings and trend analysis.
- Model and analyze data, creating visual representations for reports.
- Analyze key developments in partner discussions to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the Doha office in tracking and updating partnership engagements.
2. Knowledge Management and Documentation
- Develop presentations, infographics, and reports to enhance UNDP’s external engagement.
- Contribute to partnership notes and guidance documents aligning UNDP’s work with partner priorities.
- Maintain UNDP’s Client Relationship Management system (UNITY) by coordinating inputs from relevant country offices/programmes.
3. Resource Mobilization and Partnership Management
- Identify projects and programs funded by Qatari partners.
- Support capacity building through donor profiles, guidance notes, and online resource toolkits.
- Assist in outreach and logistical coordination with Qatari partners for various initiatives.
4. General Support
- Perform additional tasks as required to support office operations.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria at the time of application:
- Enrolled in a graduate program (Master’s or equivalent).
- In the final year of a Bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent).
- A recent graduate (within one year of graduation).
- Enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program.
Preferred fields of study:
- International Relations, Development Studies, Political Science
- Public Policy, Public Administration, Law
- Business Administration, Economics, Finance
- Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Studies
Experience:
Mandatory:
- National/international experience in international relations, diplomacy, or development frameworks.
Desirable:
- Data analysis & visualization (certifications are an asset).
- Advocacy, strategic communications, or partnership-building experience (UN experience preferred).
- Knowledge of SDG-related initiatives.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
