Recruitment Assistant (Manila, Philippines)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations:

  • Post job vacancies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, emails)
  • Optimize job postings with SEO keywords for better visibility
  • Source and attract candidates using digital platforms and professional networks
  • Maintain active talent pipelines by skill/competency areas

Selection Process Management:

  • Ensure diverse and balanced interview panels
  • Screen applications using pre-set criteria
  • Schedule and coordinate tests/interviews
  • Review selection documents and update candidate status
  • Notify applicants of selection outcomes

HR System Support:

  • Manage access to e-recruitment system for panel members
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and databases
  • Prepare quarterly/annual recruitment reports

Additional Duties:

  • Serve as backup for Recruiting Specialist when required
  • Initiate background verification processes
  • Respond to complex queries from candidates/hiring managers
  • Perform other assigned administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration + 3 years experience OR
  • High school diploma + 5 years relevant experience
  • Degrees must be from UNESCO-listed institutions

Preferred Experience:

  • Working in multicultural environments
  • Using HR IT systems (Oracle Recruiting preferred)
  • Digital candidate sourcing techniques
  • High computer proficiency

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational/time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Comfortable in fast-paced work environments
