Job Duties
- Project Development & Requirements Analysis
- Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather client requirements through interviews, workshops, and system documentation reviews.
- Analyze business needs for system enhancements, integrations, and new solutions.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations to produce clear, actionable system requirements.
- Identify opportunities for technology-driven efficiency improvements.
- Secure stakeholder sign-off on requirements at each project phase.
- Project Implementation & Management
- Create and distribute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor resource allocation and availability to maintain project momentum.
- Implement change management strategies to address scope, schedule, and budget adjustments.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure project deliverables meet specifications with comprehensive documentation.
- Provide leadership in prioritizing tasks and driving project success.
- Develop technical solutions that support organizational goals in communications and engagement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and performance.
- NHF (Intranet Management – SharePoint Focus)
- Collaborate with users across HQ and field offices to align platform design with organizational needs.
- Design, update, and migrate content while developing new functionalities.
- Define system architecture, security permissions, and integration protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with creative, platform-compliant solutions.
- Customize workflows, forms, and CSS designs to enhance usability.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and support configuration efforts.
- Advise on strategic platform improvements and best practices.
- Oversee application development, maintenance, and technical support.
- Lead feature deployment from discovery to testing and implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful tools and content.
- Research and integrate innovative approaches to maximize platform value.
- Coordinate with HQ teams on system transitions and upgrades.
- Programs Information Management System
- Partner with stakeholders to deploy and maintain system platforms effectively.
- Offer technical guidance on risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Liaise with vendors and engineers to ensure system alignment with organizational needs.
- Facilitate integration between current and future systems.
- Support governance framework development and implementation.
III. Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to IT strategy, budgeting, and process improvements.
- Develop IT project management tools (manuals, governance protocols, procedures).
- Provide backup support for NY office network/systems as needed.
- Prepare and share detailed work plans.

- Office 365/SharePoint certification or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of relevant IT experience.
- Power BI proficiency.
- Cybersecurity and data security knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
X. Required Skills & Experience
- Proven IT project management expertise.
- Hands-on software development and web tech/SharePoint experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities (detail orientation, multitasking).
- Preferred: Prior experience with ACF ISP project management.
